Main terms in English
- Seller: Valerii À COMPLÉTER (nom de famille), sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) in France. Contact: contact@cruviere.fr.
- Right of withdrawal: you can change your mind within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason: online with the “Withdraw from contract here” link at the bottom of every page (you get an acknowledgment by e-mail at once), or by e-mail or letter (a model form is in the French terms). Send the poster back, well protected (tube or rigid box), to the seller’s address given in the French terms, within 14 days of telling us; return postage is yours. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine it. Everything you paid, including the initial delivery cost, is refunded within 14 days of your notice, by the payment method you used; the refund can wait until the poster or proof of its shipping arrives. - Damaged or misprinted on arrival: e-mail a photo of the poster and its packaging, ideally within 7 days so it can be handled faster; it is replaced free of charge, or refunded if you prefer. This does not reduce your legal rights: the two-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects both apply.
- Disputes: write first; if we cannot agree, you can use the consumer mediator named in the French terms of sale, free of charge. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country’s law.
The full terms of sale, which govern the contract, are in French; this summary is a translation for convenience.
